Production

For our customers active in the field of manufacture and distribution we produce special components which are tailored to their particular needs.

Our services include, amongst others: PCB assembly and component preparation incl. component packing (trays, tubes, radial tape, blister tape), component programming, manufacture and assembly of cable harnesses and special cable harnesses (automotive industry, aerospace engineering), manufacture of high-quality plastic injection moulding parts, special metal parts, aluminium extrusion parts and pressure die castings as well as manufacture of the associated tools.

Our quality standards always conform to those of the respective manufacturers, e.g. from automotive industry, telecommunications industry and aerospace engineering. Therefore, our complete production plant complies with the requirements of the ESD standards (10-4 - 10-10).

Thanks to our production facilities located in non-European countries, we are able to make cost-efficient purchases and to manufacture our products in an economical way.
